Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We currently use USPS and UPS.
Q: Can I return or exchange my items?
A: Customized items are not returnable. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us and we will be happy to offer a replacement.

Q: Can you ship orders internationally?

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Our processing time usually takes 5-8 days before the items can be shipped. This includes any design, cutting, sanding, engraving, packaging, and more. If we need any clarification, we will email you. Please be sure to respond to our emails in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use various materials including different types of wood (olive wood, bamboo, acacia wood, baltic birch and more), powder coated metals, acrylic and more.
Q: Why do the same cutting, charcuterie, or cheese boards look different?
A: Due to the natural wood or stone used in our products, no two items will ever look the same. The wood has different variations in grain, texture, and style. Engravings also look different depending on the type of wood, grain, and hardness.
Q: How do I wash my cutting, charcuterie, cheese boards or wooden utensils?
A: These should all be hand washed with mild soap and hand drying the boards after cleaning. Please do not put any of the boards or utensils into the dishwasher. Never soak or leave the boards soaking in water or soap. Do not expose to heat or sunshine. Occasionally coat with mineral oil to prevent the wood from drying out
